Shades Beauty respects the privacy of every individual who visits our web site and purchases products. The information you share with us - name, address, email address and payment information will be held in our customer database for the sole purpose of correctly handling and processing your orders and keeping you informed of special promotions. We do not sell or share our list with any company or services.

DELIVERY TERMS

All items will normally be received within 7 days from the point of order. All orders will be sent via recorded delivery. Your credit card will be billed only for the items despatched. We are happy to accept orders for the delivery to the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Europe.

DELIVERY CHARGES

All orders for delivery to the United Kingdom and Channel Islands will be subject to a £2.95 postage and packing fee which also covers handling and insurance. For delivery to Europe, please contact us prior to placing your order so that delivery costs can be calculated.

RETURNS POLICY

It is important to us that our customers are happy. If for any reason you are not absolutely delighted with your order, then please contact us straightaway using the link below before returning your order to us. All items must be returned to us UNUSED within 14 days. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any used or opened make-up. Please note that a £2.95 charge is payable for the postage of any items that have been replaced for other reasons than a fault.
